Technical LeadWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of next-generation B2B eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Shopify Plus, Laravel, and ERP Integrations.Key Responsibilities include:Leading a cross-functional engineering team.Architecting scalable, high-performance B2B commerce systems.Designing custom Shopify apps, Laravel modules, and reusable integrations.Implementing AI-driven development workflows, automated testing, and code review processes.Defining technical best practices, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps alignment.B2B Product Development & ERP IntegrationResponsibilities include:Building features such as customer-specific pricing, bulk ordering, quotes, and approval flows.Implementing B2B integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, or custom ERPs.Building real-time data pipelines for product, order, and inventory sync.Shopify, Laravel & Multi-Platform DevelopmentResponsibilities include:Developing custom Shopify Plus apps, themes, and extensions.Building modular Laravel services & APIs.Contribute to BigCommerce apps for multi-platform customers.Utilizing Storefront API, GraphQL, and webhooks for headless commerce.AI-Driven InnovationThe ideal candidate should have experience integrating AI tools for automation, code generation, testing & analytics and promoting an AI-first mindset within the engineering team.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:8+ years of full-stack experience; 4+ years Shopify.Strong expertise in Shopify Plus, theme/app development & API integration.Expertise in Laravel, REST APIs, and backend architecture.Experience with Magento 2 development (bonus).Strong ERP integration experience.Proficiency in GraphQL, Liquid, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.Exposure to headless commerce (Hydrogen/Storefront API).CI/CD, Git, DevOps workflows.Strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure).Soft SkillsYou should possess excellent leadership & mentoring capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and innovate continuously.If you have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and Shopify Plus or Laravel certifications, it is a plus.
