Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud HR Helpdesk LeadAbout the RoleThis role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to clients in relation to Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in HCM Cloud Functional Consulting, who can lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert-level support and guidance to clients on all aspects of HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and management.Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of HCM Cloud solutions.Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.Requirements8-10 years of experience in HCM Cloud Functional Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong working knowledge of Core HR and at least one additional module, such as HCM Helpdesk Functional Module.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Preferred QualificationsProven experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.Frequent client interaction around specific work efforts and deliverables.Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
