Our global ecosystem powers accessible digital learning and academic achievement.PositionThe Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day functioning of the Global Marketing Team, driving efficient processes, cross-team coordination, reporting, and project execution. This is a pivotal operations-focused role that ensures seamless collaboration between marketing, creative, content, and performance teams across our network of institutions.Key Responsibilities•Project & Campaign Coordination: Support the delivery of global marketing campaigns and initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.•Team & Stakeholder Support: Act as a central point of coordination between cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring information flow and task follow-through.•Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Collate data from various teams to support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards.•Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain shared folders, ensure campaign materials are archived correctly, and assist with onboarding documentation for new team members.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operationsExperience with Salesforce is a plusPrior experience in education or a global marketing team is desirableStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to collaborate across global, multicultural teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentApplicationIf you have interest and have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your CV via the “apply now” section.Other informationPlease note this position is only available on our Consultancy agreement.We acknowledge receipt of your resume for a position at Global University Systems and sincerely appreciate your interest in our company.We will screen all applicant CVs and select the candidates whose qualifications and experience meet our requirements.
