We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen, logistics, and day-to-day operations.The Job Entails:Production management and supervision of the kitchen teamLogistics coordination and supply chain managementClient communication and customer serviceFinance and administration duties, including marketing agency coordinationKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient production and quality controlDevelop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiencyManage inventory levels, optimize supply chain logistics, and minimize wasteCommunicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptlyCoordinate marketing efforts with external agenciesPerform financial duties, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingRequirements:We seek a highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in operations management.
