As we expand, we’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and contribute to building a strong and talented workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level and mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards using our HRMS system (KEKA).
  • Employer Branding: Assist in executing employer branding initiatives, including campus hiring events, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry hiring trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools; experience with KEKA is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and Indeed.
