As a Senior Consultant, you'll be a crucial link between data, clients, and industry insights, driving strategic decision-making through precise and actionable research. Responsibilities:


  • Lead and execute comprehensive market research projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance on research methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate these into actionable research initiatives.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, industry experts, and internal teams to drive effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional development.


Qualifications:


  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in market research or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and excellence in market research.
