About Us:
Nextyn is a dynamic and fast-growing expert network company based in India. We specialize in connecting global clients with industry experts for insights and decision-making. As we expand, we’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and contribute to building a strong and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level and mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
- Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards using our HRMS system (KEKA).
- Employer Branding: Assist in executing employer branding initiatives, including campus hiring events, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry hiring trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools; experience with KEKA is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and Indeed.
