Key Responsibilities:


• Technical Expertise:

o Deep understanding of photovoltaic (PV) technologies.

o Proficiency in solar system design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD) and electrical design principles.

o Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IBC, local building codes).


• Project Management:

o Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

o Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews.


• Customer Relations:

o Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent technical support and addressing their concerns.

o Present technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.


• Research and Development:

o Stay abreast of the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.

o Conduct research and development on new products and technologies.

o Explore and evaluate new business opportunities within the solar market.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech, or a related field.


• Must have 4+ Years of experience in Solutioning; Solar equipment installation and commissioning


• Proven experience with solar system design software and electrical design principles.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Strong project management and organizational skills.
