In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and audience growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media content strategy tailored to the podcast's target in the niche of sustainability, veganism, and gender.audience, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain all social media platforms relevant to the podcast.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats, to promote podcast episodes.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and cultivating a vibrant online community around the podcast.
  • Audience Growth: Implement strategies to increase the podcast's follower base and audience engagement, leveraging tactics such as influencer partnerships, cross-promotion, and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with podcast hosts, producers, and other team members to coordinate social media campaigns, align messaging, and leverage podcast content across social platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously optimize our social media strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
