Job Title: Specialist - Performance Marketing
Location: Mumbai
What you will do:
Strategize and execute user acquisition campaigns via affiliate marketing channels such as mailers and partnerships, from proposal through delivery and optimization.
Identify, negotiate, onboard and expand affiliate partner base to ensure successful campaign execution at scale.
Collaborate effectively with Creative and Content teams to develop content strategies.
Monitor traffic sources and affiliate activities to ensure legitimate attribution and compliance.
Prepare comprehensive campaign reports with strong presentation skills.
Foster strong relationships with partners to enhance collaboration.
Plan and execute re-engagement campaigns through SMS/WhatsApp/email.
Managing budgets and campaigns to drive efficient CAC.
Collaborate effectively with Creative and Content teams to develop content strategies.
Implement Segmentation, Personalization, and Dynamic Content strategies for a cohesive
Multi-Channel and Multi-Device Communication approach.
Prepare comprehensive campaign reports with strong presentation skills.
Conduct potential user research and explore new ideas and channels for testing and implementation.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliates, and other programmatic platforms.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer/ Branch/ Adjust, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Strong data analysis skills
Must have: Spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
Good to have: SQL, R
