Specialist - Service ControllingREQUISITION ID: 10273LOCATION:Chennai, TN, IN, 600119DEPARTMENT: Controlling / FinanceREQUISITION ID: 10273LOCATION: ChennaiDEPARTRMENT: Service Finance IndiaYOUR TASKS:Improve transparency on global quality cost by in-depth analysis using different data sourcesImplement long-term global cost benchmarking and a related target costing for quality costDevelop and implement new controlling approaches (e.g. LD allocation, fleet quality monitor) including implementation of new systems and tools if neededTake responsibility for a part of Quality Cost controllingSupport preparation, execution and follow-up of monthly regional management reviews and related actionsTake the insights you discover and influence stakeholders to drive improvement through optimization, new initiatives, and strategic enhancements to improve overall service performance YOUR PROFILE- CIMA / CMA (Qualified Cost Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant)- Excellent English language skills / German language may be added advantage- Minimum of 10-15 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry)- Proven experience in accounting, reporting, controlling and analytical experience- Experience in business analysis, controlling or related field- High analytical thinking skills and commitment, enthusiasm for innovation and flexibility- Very good IT experience (Excel, SAP FI/CO, S4HANA, Business Warehouses, Power BI, Dashboards)- Structured, independent working methods, high affinity for numbers and reliable communication / Very good level of English / IFRS and Accounting Knowledge- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global matrix organization and prioritize multiple tasks- Knowledge on advanced Excel / Power Point / Expert in VBA Macro / Good IT- Knowledge on different Interfaces / Power BI- Proficient in Transition of knowledge and Standardization, Process ImprovementsNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
