Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to drive sales across outlets in assigned territories, meeting targets and ensuring product availability.This role requires a strong ability to maintain freshness of products, increase brand awareness and enhance sales through effective collaboration with distributors and retail accounts.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to maximize shelf space and position for our products.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease Distribution and Volume at Retail Accounts: Develop and implement strategies to increase distribution and volume at retail accounts, resulting in significant growth in sales.Maintain Product Freshness Standards: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness, maintaining a strong reputation for our brand.Partner with Distributors: Collaborate with distributors to ensure orders are placed and business is growing, maximizing opportunities for mutual success.Maximize Shelf Space and Position: Use market insights and data analysis to optimize shelf space and positioning for our products, driving sales and revenue growth.Ensure Activation and Guidelines: Work closely with internal teams to ensure activation and guidelines are in place for incremental distribution and brand visibility, driving business growth and profitability.Attend Sales Meetings: Regularly attend sales meetings with managers to discuss sales issues and opportunities, staying ahead of the competition.Fulfill Pre-Established Objectives: Meet or exceed pre-established objectives set by Sales Supervisor or Area Manager, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and results.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a territory sales role.Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you grow and succeed in your career.A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about driving business growth and success.
