Key Responsibilities :
East/ West/ North/ South Sales Strategy :
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Seamless Pipes across all regions of India.
Identify and prioritize key regional markets and industries such as seamless pipes or tubes for expanding Seamless Pipe sales.
Market Development :
Establish a strong presence in new markets by exploring untapped regions and industries.
Build a nationwide network of distributors, partners, and clients to expand sales reach.
Sales Target Achievement :
Set and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Seamless Pipes products.
Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance sales volumes.
Customer Relationship Management :
Foster strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling negotiations, contracts, and after-sales support.
Competitive Analysis & Market Research :
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on competitive activities and market dynamics.
Provide actionable insights to improve the product offering and drive sales growth.
Sales Team Coordination :
Collaborate with regional sales teams and ensure alignment with national sales goals.
Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, and marketing, to ensure the seamless execution of sales orders.
Sales Reporting & Analysis :
Monitor sales performance, identify key trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements to the sales process and strategy.

National Sales Growth: Drive Seamless Pipes sales growth across all regions of India by capturing new markets and increasing the sales volume.
Market Penetration & Expansion: Expand the market presence of Seamless Pipes by entering new industries and regions.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed national sales targets and grow revenue across all regions.
Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration & Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration with regional sales teams, logistics, and other departments to meet customer needs.

Market Penetration
% increase in market share of Seamless Pipes in East/ West/ North/ South regions (Target: 15% annual growth).
Number of new regions or industries entered (Target: Minimum 3 new regions or industries annually).
Revenue per Customer
Average revenue per customer (Target: ₹X crore per customer annually).
Customer Retention Rate
% of repeat business from key clients (Target: 85% retention).
Customer satisfaction rating (Target: ≥90%).
Sales Efficiency
Time taken to close deals from initial contact to order placement (Target: 15% reduction in sales cycle time).

The Sales Manager - East/ West/ North/ South will ensure the efficient growth and market expansion of Seamless Pipes products across the nation, focusing on revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent experience is required.
