Job Title:Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach Manager Job Description:This position involves establishing and nurturing corporate relations to generate placements, opportunities, and other engagement activities for full-time management students. The role requires leading generation, network building with senior professionals, and maintaining student life cycles. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain databases of corporates, placement POCs, CXOs, and CHROsPlan and engage in campus engagement activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, etc.Convert new accounts through structured outreach and deliver on individual targetsThe selected candidate will be responsible for staying abreast of industry and economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required to work effectively as a team. Requirements and Qualifications:10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Higher Education IndustrySales and strategy orientation, knowledge about business school placementsExcellent quantitative, analytical communication, and problem-solving skillsThe ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, presentation skills, and high-level integrity.
