Services vibrant tech Center in Hyderabad, you will have the opportunity to contribute to technology innovation for a leading American fleet management and automotive services company.We are looking for a skilled professional to provide technical support to internal clients as it relates to placing and servicing of Commercial Insurance and Personal Insurance coverage for clients.The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including liaison to optimize the quality of service and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Liaison to optimize the quality of service and customer satisfaction.Disseminate the appropriate needs of the client as it relates to Commercial Lines InsuranceFacilitate requests and needs of Carriers on behalf of clientsCoverage knowledge includes (but is not limited to) Business Owners Policies, Commercial Package, Mono Line Property, Mono Line Commercial General Liability, Inland Marine, Business Auto, Umbrella, and Workers CompensationThe successful candidate will also be responsible for obtaining Claims data, evaluating for trends, and creating loss summaries.JOB INPUTS:Under the supervision of an Account Executive, Account Manager II, or Direct SupervisorObtain Claims data, evaluate for trends, and create loss summaries Follow up on claim assignments with insurers as requiredGenerate Acord applications as requestedIssue confirmation of coverage and other insurance documents as required.Execute routine policy changes with insurersBill policies according to the billing worksheetFollow up on the timely issuance of Insurance policies and AuditsReview policies, endorsements, & Audits for accuracyPrepare renewal
