Job Title: RPA Project ManagerThis is a challenging role that requires exceptional project management skills. If you have experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.About the Role:Facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through mobilisation, definition, development, and deployment phases.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Establish and implement effective project management plans, tracking milestones and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks.Provide regular weekly status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to the client and Program Manager.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree focused on Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc)Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence.Understanding of the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritise large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Bonus points—any prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc).Benefits:Hiring now for immediate startSalary: Competitive pay determined by level and experienceBenefits: Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidays
