Executive Assistant Manager Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational success.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service excellence, and foster strong internal and external relationships.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support the General Manager in all operational matters.Assign duties to Heads of Departments (HODs) and monitor performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.Act as the hotel's Public Relations representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.Monitor guest feedback across platforms and drive the service recovery process.Ensure full compliance with all operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.Resolve guest complaints promptly and implement effective service recovery strategies.Maintain accurate records including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.Foster owner loyalty through proactive communication and by delivering consistent business results.Assist the General Manager in addressing key property issues, including capital projects, guest services, and refurbishments.Build strong relationships with hotel staff, department heads, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency and execution of special events.Conduct regular audits on par stock to ensure all necessary hotel supplies are adequately stocked.Ensure effective and timely communication regarding hotel policies and procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work night shifts, Monday through Saturday.Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive remote work environmentOpportunity to work with a dedicated and professional team
