Hospitality & Service ExcellenceEnsure professional service standards for all campus guests.Oversee refreshments, seating arrangements, and hospitality logistics during meetings and events.Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, ambience, and presentation.4. Administration & SupportManage visitor passes, ID cards, and stationery logs.Support travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements for official guests and delegations.Assist in basic documentation, filing, and daily reporting.Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPleasant personality with professional groomingPrior experience in hospitality/front office roles (preferred)Strong customer service orientationAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureBasic proficiency in MS Office and telephone/email etiquette
