Transformation LeadThe Transformation Lead spearheads the delivery of digital transformation programs, driving successful outcomes for clients across asset-intensive industries.This role oversees end-to-end implementation of solutions, partnering with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional leaders to ensure measurable results in safety, reliability, and productivity.Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure across multiple enterprise SaaS implementation projects.Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and delivery schedules aligned to industry best practices.Monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources through a structured change control process.Facilitate agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for delivery team.This includes:Project Planning & Delivery ManagementCustomer & Stakeholder EngagementTeam Leadership & CollaborationFinancial & Contract ManagementRisk, Quality, and Value GovernanceTo achieve these goals, the Transformation Lead will:Drive customer satisfaction and adoption, ensuring that project outcomes align with business value drivers.Build strong executive relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication and transparency.Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively.Ensure adherence to industry standards, templates, and best practices.In addition, the Transformation Lead will have:7–10 years of experience in project management of SaaS, ERP, or EAM implementations.A deep understanding of EAM and maintenance processes.Experience managing projects integrated with systems like SAP PM, IBM Maximo.Familiarity with cloud delivery models, mobile solutions, and integration frameworks.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.The ideal candidate will have:A Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.Project Management certification preferred: PMP / PRINCE2
