Location - Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Position Overview: We are seeking a CX (Customer Experience) Tech Expert to join our team and drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience principles, along with technical expertise in CX tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technology solutions that improve customer engagement and experience.
Implementation: Lead the deployment of CX technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on new tools and technologies, ensuring effective use of CX solutions.
Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in mapping out customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer experience management or a related role.
Strong technical proficiency with CX platforms (e.g., CRM, feedback tools, analytics software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of UX design principles.
Familiarity with coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
