This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production—particularly within the finance, fintech, or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our expos.Develop and curate conference agendas, ensuring timely, topical, and engaging content.Source and secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding, marketing, and sales goals.Manage communications and logistics, ensuring a professional and seamless experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event.Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.Support the on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agenda quality and relevance.Monitor competitor events and suggest enhancements to maintain leadership position in the industry.Required Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles.A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.Outstanding communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealth & Wellness Benefits30 Days of Annual LeaveCompany-Sponsored Travel for EventsVibrant and Collaborative Work EnvironmentWhy You'll Thrive HereDynamic work environment that encourages talent recognition and professional growth.Opportunities to collaborate with industry leaders and thought leaders.Challenging role that requires expertise in conference production and content creation.
