About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned File Transfer Specialist to join our team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our file transfer systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across our business platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain file transfer systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.Configure and support high-volume file transfers using Connect Direct.Develop and enhance file transfer solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator, optimizing workflows and business processes.Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for file transfer-related issues.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with data transfer policies and security targets.Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of file transfer infrastructure.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will require:6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in file transfer administration and development.Strong expertise in Connect Direct setup, troubleshooting, and configuration.Proven experience with IBM Sterling Integrator, including system development and enhancement.Ability to analyze transfer logs, perform root cause analysis, and handle proactive/reactive support tickets.Solid understanding of encryption standards, network protocols, and data security policies.Effective communication skills with strong documentation and coordination abilities.About Our TeamYou will be part of a high-impact team managing file transfer infrastructure for global enterprises.
