Global Transfer Pricing ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned transfer pricing professional to lead our global transfer pricing function worldwide.This critical role ensures compliance with local tax regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, mitigates tax risks, and contributes to the development of tax-efficient intercompany pricing strategies in alignment with operational and financial objectives.The key responsibilities include:Developing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation in full compliance with local tax regulations and OECD guidelines.Coordinating the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and prepared on time across all relevant jurisdictions.Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing models and benchmarks to validate and support intercompany pricing arrangements on an arm's length basis.Additionally, this role requires rigorous compliance with evolving international and local transfer pricing laws to minimize tax risks and exposures globally. It also involves monitoring and analyzing changes in global tax laws and regulations to proactively ensure transfer pricing policies remain current and compliant with international best practices.The ideal candidate will have expertise in global transfer pricing documentation requirements, extensive familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and related global transfer pricing regulations, and strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills.A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or law is required, and a master's degree, CPA, or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
