Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Indore
Reports to: CEO
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This dynamic role requires an individual who can manage a variety of responsibilities, including accounts, HR, and administrative functions, while thriving in a fast-paced, hustle-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle uncertainty, and experience managing changing priorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Handle basic accounting functions, including managing invoices, expense reports, and tracking budgets. Ensure timely payments and financial recordkeeping.
- HR Support: Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Coordinate recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, and prioritize appointments. Organize travel arrangements and provide logistical support for business trips.
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Project Management: Assist with the planning and execution of special projects. Track progress, coordinate with team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues proactively, ensuring smooth operations in a high-energy, ever-changing environment.
- Document Management: Maintain files, prepare reports, and ensure confidentiality and organization in all documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of accounts management, HR processes, and administrative functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across teams.
- Comfortable working in a hustle-driven environment and managing uncertainty.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software (Zoho, Tally). Experience with HR management tools (Zoho, RazorpayX) is a plus.
