Manage non voice process with partner2. Monitor and improve service levels3. Manage vendor invoicing, recon and timely clearance4. Vendor governance and check on data points5. Manage in house team members on ticket closure 6. Drive NPS and improvements7. Work on projects8. Cross functional collaboration9. Follow and maintain the audit compliance on floor on partner floor.
