MUFG Global Service Private Limited:
Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Job Profile:
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for business management (planning and administration) in Global Corporate & Investment Banking ("GCIB") at MGS, ensuring the stable operations of respective departments within GCIB (Strategy development, monitoring budget / target (KPI / KRI), MIS reporting, implementation of regional / global initiative, any other ad-hoc projects and requests).
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Support Head of GCIB in the development of business strategy
- Take a lead role for implementation of global and/or regional initiative and business strategy
Financial / KPI / KRI:
- Monitor the department's financial / KPI / KRI performance and assess against projected targets and/or thresholds to ensure that the department is on track on reaching targets.
- Support Head and Directors / Team Leads on a regular basis, to achieve financial / KPI / KRI targets.
- Responsible for tracking the department's revenue and expense budget with partnership with the Finance team.
- Manage MIS and initiate periodical update/reporting inclusive of interaction with HQ & regional onshore teams.
- Analyze research material and develop financial models and projections to recommend new initiatives or improvements to stabilize and further expand business capability and present to Senior Management.
Customer:
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MGS / MUFG and externally.
- Work in partnership with the overseas onshore branches and Head Office to develop strategies to promote business growth for GCIB and beyond.
- Work closely with the existing and future stakeholders and provide support on an ad-hoc basis (including business trip logistics, meeting arrangements).
- Work in partnership with the General Affairs department to facilitate events, enhance office work environment and corporate culture
People:
- Act as a role model to team members and adhere to all company policies / guidelines.
- Support, coach and guide junior team members on complex issues.
Other / Control:
- Responsible for monitoring all business risk profiles and taking a lead for report and resolution.
- Set up a governance framework for the newly established team.
- Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
- Support internal and external audits relevant to the department by preparing documentation as required
- Maintain good working knowledge of GCC industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills and an ability to build partnerships.
- Highly organized, with a structured and logical approach, and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
- Capable of developing presentation materials for internal and external senior stakeholders
- At a minimum, proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, are required. Knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems and advantage
