About this OpportunityAs a Senior CRM Professional, you will play a key role in driving growth through data-driven strategies. This is a remote opportunity for experienced professionals who can shape CRM strategy and execution to engage global learners. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CleverTap. You will work closely with teams to build impactful campaigns that are compliant and highly personalized.Owning quarterly revenue targets and designing end-to-end CRM campaigns for growth and reactivation.Collaborating with creative, analytics, business, and technology teams.Shaping content and segmentation strategies based on user behavior and business priorities.Running experiments and optimizing personalization frameworks across channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS).Ensuring technical excellence and seamless cross-functional execution. 6–15 years of experience in growth marketing or CRM roles at technology or fast-growth organizations.Strong analytical acumen and proficiency with tools like Excel and SQL.Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns for global audiences.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
