You'll play a key role in fueling Exotel's growth engine by identifying, qualifying and creating opportunities for our sales team.What you'll doOwn the top of the funnel: Identify potential customers across sectors and reach out via calls, LinkedIn, and emails.Start meaningful conversations with CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.Qualify leads through discovery — understanding pain points, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt.Collaborate with the Account Executives to hand off well-qualified opportunities and strategize outreach campaigns.Experiment and iterate on messaging, outreach sequences, and tools to improve conversion rates.Track, measure, and share insights using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce). You'll love this role if youHave 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales (preferably SaaS or tech).Enjoy the thrill of outbound — researching accounts, personalizing outreach, and hearing "yes" after a series of "no's".Are curious about technology and can quickly learn how communication APIs, contact centers, and automation tools work.Are comfortable with targets and use data to improve your approach.Speak and write fluent English, and can communicate with confidence and empathy.Thrive in a fast-moving, ownership-driven culture.Why join ExotelImpact at scale: Your work will shape how thousands of businesses talk to millions of customers every day.Fast growth, real ownership: We're a scale-up that still moves like a startup.
