Job Title: Customer Engagement RepresentativeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Representative to join our team.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for salesIdentify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternativesSeize opportunities to upsell services when they ariseFollow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessaryManage a large number of outbound calls in a timely mannerDocument all call information in the CRM according to standard operating proceduresMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsPossess strong knowledge of Livspace services to identify customer needs when qualifying themDemonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting, and suggest additional products or service increase customer satisfaction and revenueApply a superlative customer experience attitude on all interactions. Be able to establish a positive rapport and create brand awarenessSchedule Experience Centre visits with our design team as per defined processFollow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaintsMake reminder calls to customers & schedule appointments, ensuring that the calls happen as per scheduled timeKeeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of comments, inquiries & complaintsCommunicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customersRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)0-1 yrs of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside sales or similar6 days working , Monday will be weekly off Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practicesCustomer focussed and adaptable to different personality typesHave the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectivelyPossess previous experience in a call centre dealing with Indian consumers.Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skillsProficient in spoken English with proper grammar & fluencyLanguage prerequisites : English -Hindi, English - Marathi , English - Kannada , English - Telugu/TamilWorking with us means being part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
