Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Conversion**: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **CRM Utilization**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize lead generation and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in [furniture].
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,217.09 - ₹15,162.44 per month
