Position Summary:

The Solutions Consultant - Travel role requires strong domain knowledge in Travel, Logistics, Airline, or Hospitality sectors to identify market needs, and create frameworks to support decision-making. The candidate must demonstrate experience in delivering consulting, research, and client engagement, with an added focus on business development and solution delivery.


Job Title: Solutions Consultant - Travel

Job Designation: Associate Vice President

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Reports to: Head Solutions

Salary budget: Rs. 40 LPA or 30% hike whichever is lower(All inclusive)

Notice period: Not more than 60 days


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership in business development and drafting responses to win new business.
  • Develop industry-best practices to improve CSAT, NPS, and reduce AHTs.
  • Analyse and provide strategic insights using advanced consulting and technology knowledge, with an emphasis on the Travel and Hospitality industry.
  • Present solutions effectively to various stakeholders and clients.
  • Deliver high-quality reports, PoVs, and market-relevant assets, ensuring industry benchmarks are met.
  • Work with clients and transformation teams on solution design and execution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 15-18 years of experience in Travel Industry, preferably in International BPO or Consulting.
  • 10+ years of experience in solutions roles handling RFPs, RFXs, and Bid Management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
