Job Title: Performance Management SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Performance Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our organization's success by developing, implementing, and refining our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, facilitating OKR setting and review sessions, and providing insights to optimize our goal-setting processes and achieve outstanding results. Your expertise will ensure that our strategic objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned across all levels of the organization.The key responsibilities of this role include:Developing and refining company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectivesImplementing and managing the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training, and ongoing supportFacilitating regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectivesProviding training and coaching to teams and individuals on OKR best practices, emphasizing best practices in OKR formulation, monitoring, and achievementDriving internal capability building through coaching, training, and workshopsMonitors OKR progress systematically, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic adjustmentsDrives continuous improvement and adoption of the OKR framework through structured governance and process-oriented managementManages BI developer KPI ManagementTo succeed in this role, you will need:Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or business unitsStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actionsExperience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performanceExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practices, with experience in coaching and training individuals and teamsProficient in the use of OKR software tools and data visualization platformsCandidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, and an MBA or equivalent master's degree in business administration or economics or Statistics is highly desirable.
