We're Hiring – Marketing Professional for Retail Branding & Offline Marketing
Location: Delhi
At Ozell Cooner Limited, under our flagship brand Jewell Paints, we are a leading manufacturer and importer of decorative and wood paints. With a strong presence in 21 states across Northern, Eastern, and Central India, we cater to over 1,500 dealers through our 17 branches and a sales team of 100+ professionals.
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with 8-10+ years of experience in retail branding and offline marketing to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Branding & Signages: Enhance in-store visibility and brand recognition at dealer shops.
- Dealer Shop Branding: Plan and execute retail branding strategies to elevate our presence.
- Painter/Influencer Meets & Associations: Organize and manage impactful events and partnerships.
- Retail Merchandising: Drive in-store marketing efforts to increase product visibility.
- Offline Branding & Marketing: Develop and manage comprehensive offline marketing strategies targeting retailers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (8-10+ years) in retail branding, merchandising, and offline marketing.
- Expertise in managing branding activities across a broad geographical area.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with dealers and external partners.
- Experience in the paints or FMCG sector is a plus.
