CARD91 collaborates closely with major card networks like RuPay, Visa, and Mastercard, and is NPCI's preferred partner. This ensures our products effectively address payment challenges in India and are as well-suited for global expansion. Our clients are mainly banks, and regulated entities like Prepaid Licence Holders and Authorised Dealers - Category II.
Backed by $14 million in pre-Series A funding from top-tier investors including Infinity Ventures, Point72 Ventures, Sabre Partners, EMVC, Commerce Ventures, and notable angel investors, CARD 91 is headquartered in Bengaluru with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai.
Founded in early 2020 by Ajay Pandey and Vineet Saxena, our team brings extensive experience in payments, lending, sales, and product scaling. We comprise technopreneurs and seasoned bankers, offering diverse expertise and thought leadership.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Developer and a Relationship Manager who would prospect new clients in South India and manage existing clients. The person will also double up as a Pre Sales Specialist who will support the sales team across India by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers. The candidate's ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions will be the key success factor in this profile. The Presales Specialist will play a key role in building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, and winning sales opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries
Acquire new clients - Banks and Regulated entities like PPI License Holders and AD -II license holders
Manage existing clients
Respond to EOIs for fintech onboarding in Banks and to RFPs for our products
Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposals.
Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI & RFP
Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master's in Business Management, or a related field.
4 -6 years of proven experience in pre-sales or sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
