We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Delhi and support our HR operations and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll & Attendance ManagementHandle end-to-end payroll processing.Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records.Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).2. Recruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and ensure smooth induction of new hires.3. HR Operations & Employee EngagementMaintain and update HR databases, employee files, and HR dashboards.Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.Support performance appraisal processes and policy implementation.4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.Maintain HR MIS reports, documentation, and statutory registers.5. Excel & ReportingPrepare HR reports, attendance sheets, and payroll data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, etc.).Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and recruitment processes.Proficiency in MS Excel.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
