Over the past 5 years, over 150,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vendor/Creator Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing and managing our creative vendors, driving negotiations, and ensuring a seamless procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Onboarding:: Identify and onboard suitable creators and vendors that align with our brand and project requirements. Along with this, streamline the onboarding process, providing thorough platform walkthroughs and ensuring vendor compliance with company standards.
Drive Negotiations: Act as the primary negotiator for creator proposals brought forth by Business or Customer Service teams.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve desired cost margins while maintaining quality and value.
Relationship Management: Serve as the SPOC for all creative vendors. Manage vendor agreements, set expectations, and handle queries and grievances effectively. Oversee vendor payouts and ensure timely payments.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on the vendor pool, including metrics on quality, active vs. passive creators, and full-time vs. part-time creators. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the vendor network.

Skills:
At least 6+ years experience in vendor/ creative procurement preferably for creative agencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis.
