Job Title: Loan Underwriting Support ExecutiveLocation and Shift: We are based in Gurugram and operate with an in-office shift of 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST.Experience: Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years of experience in the relevant field.About the Role:We are helping a fast-growing US startup scale its underwriting operations by supporting the evaluation of rental applications, verifying documents, and maintaining accuracy in risk assessment workflows.Key Responsibilities:- Review applicant income, identity, and background documents to ensure their authenticity and validity.- Validate data for completeness and accuracy, detecting any potential fraud or mismatches in submitted information.- Maintain case notes and coordinate with US-based underwriting teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.- Work efficiently within SLAs using Salesforce and internal tools, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.Requirements:- Experience in loan processing, mortgage ops, or insurance underwriting is essential for this role.- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail are critical skills for success in this position.- Good written communication and analytical mindset are also required to excel in this job.- Comfortable working late-evening shifts is a must, as our operation runs from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.Good to Have:- Exposure to US lending or risk-assessment processes can be beneficial for this role.- Familiarity with Excel/Sheets and verification workflows is also desirable, although not mandatory.
