Location: Gurugram (In-office)Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM ISTExperience: 1 – 4 yearsCompensation: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe're helping a fast-growing US startup scale its underwriting operations.You'll support the evaluation of rental applications, verify documents, and maintain accuracy in risk assessment workflows.Key Responsibilities- Review applicant income, identity, and background documents.- Validate data for completeness and accuracy.- Detect potential fraud or mismatches in submitted information.- Maintain case notes and coordinate with US-based underwriting teams.- Work efficiently within SLAs using Salesforce and internal tools.Requirements- Experience in loan processing, mortgage ops, or insurance underwriting.- Strong logical reasoning & attention to detail.- Good written communication and analytical mindset.- Comfortable working late-evening shifts.Good to Have- Exposure to US lending or risk-assessment processes.- Familiarity with Excel/Sheets and verification workflows.
