Location: Gurugram (In-office) Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST Experience: 1 – 4 years Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month About the Role We’re helping a fast-growing US startup scale its underwriting operations. You’ll support the evaluation of rental applications, verify documents, and maintain accuracy in risk assessment workflows. Key Responsibilities - Review applicant income, identity, and background documents. - Validate data for completeness and accuracy. - Detect potential fraud or mismatches in submitted information. - Maintain case notes and coordinate with US-based underwriting teams. - Work efficiently within SLAs using Salesforce and internal tools. Requirements - Experience in loan processing, mortgage ops, or insurance underwriting. - Strong logical reasoning & attention to detail. - Good written communication and analytical mindset. - Comfortable working late-evening shifts. Good to Have - Exposure to US lending or risk-assessment processes. - Familiarity with Excel/Sheets and verification workflows.
