Job Title: Senior Account Handler, Creative Industry
Location: Remote, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview: As a Senior Account Handler, you will serve as the main point of contact for artists with large social media followings working with theprintspace’s Social Commerce Agency. You will implement and manage strategic plans for online art sales, supporting the growth of our artists’ brands under the guidance of the Artist Manager. Once a print drop or Email Capture Campaign is planned, you will be responsible for project execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery. You will be asked to contribute to the long term strategic development with respect to maximizing the commercial potential of each artist. An interest in social commerce, social media marketing and the creative industry would be a benefit in this regard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned artists, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Foster strong relationships to understand client goals and deliver tailored solutions.
2. Project Management:
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including client servicing, strategy, and execution.
- Close attention to detail.
3. Digital Experience and Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency with digital tools and data analysis is a recurring theme, with candidates leveraging these for decision-making and reporting.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, and advanced CRM
4. Strategic Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute strategies aligned with client objectives, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Partner with internal teams to design and implement marketing initiatives and engagement campaigns.
5. Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze performance metrics from post-drop reports and other sources to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM platforms for reporting and strategic planning.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Workclosely with onboarding, production, and artist managers to align on goals and ensure seamless execution of plans.
7. Proven Track Record of Achieving Results:
- Results-driven with tangible achievements, such as revenue growth, client acquisition, or process improvements.
8. Problem-Solving & Innovation:
- Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Bring creative ideas to enhance marketing and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
● Experience: 3+ years in account management, client servicing, or a related role.
● Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to review and interpret data, making strategic commercial and marketing recommendations to boost sales.
- SoftSkills: Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Proactive approach to sales growth, audience engagement, and brand development.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and handle several moving parts.
● Education: Strong educational background, with a bachelors degree in a technical or creative field, that demonstrates the high capacity to learn, problem solve and think laterally.
● Desirable: Experience in marketing campaigns, content strategy, or influencer engagement.
