Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Planner at Diamond Exports Agra in Agra. The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for tasks such as demand planning, production planning, and operations management on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:


Core Availability and Order Execution:

  • Track daily core availability and ensure timely execution of core orders across all buying channels.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for core order management to provide clear guidelines for all buyers.


System Stabilization and Change Management:

  • Oversee system stabilization efforts for new buyer supply planning, ensuring that system changes support smooth, efficient workflows.
  • Manage change initiatives through active communication and training sessions, fostering user adoption and minimizing disruption.


Capacity Mapping:

  • Conduct capacity mapping to align supply chain resources with business needs, maximizing efficiency across the supply chain.


Container Planning:

  • Develop and execute container planning strategies, optimising space and reducing transportation costs.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.


Qualifications

  • Demand Planning and Production Planning skills
  • Analytical Skills for data interpretation
  • Operations Management expertise
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus
