As the pre-eminent online devotion platform in India, we believe it is our right to win the Spiritual Tourism market as well. This is the vertical you will help to build and grow.
🔥 About this role
As an EIR, you'll be the driving force behind new initiatives, cracking GTM, identifying customer pain points, crafting a winning product, optimising processes, and growing the business vertical.
- Growth: Starting as EIR offers you a unique opportunity to eventually take charge of key aspects of the end-to-end product, micro PnL, or even spearhead the development of new verticals.
- New projects: Opportunity to work on 0-1 projects gaining hands-on experience of building things from scratch
- Management: You’ll be the team lead aiming at optimising the key performance metrics of the business
- Hiring: You will play a pivotal role in team expansion, contributing to the hiring processes as required

💯 Key qualifications
We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience with -
- Strong education background preferably from Tier 1 college
- Eagerness to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong first principles thinking and understanding of business fundamentals
- Ability to drive projects aimed at optimising key performance metrics
- Genuine appreciation and interest towards Indian culture and Dharma (you don’t have to be a devotee)
- Empathy for our users and an understanding of their pain points
- Ability to build, manage and motivate a team
- Lots of drive, individual ownership and strong work ethic
- Previous entrepreneurial exposure is a big plus
