Job Title: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
(Strategic Leadership in EPC Projects)
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Bachelor’s degree from IIT or MBA from IIM (or equivalent premier institutions)
Experience: 5–10 years in EPC lifecycle management , government collaboration, and strategic leadership in defense, railroads, and civil infrastructure projects.
✨ About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with a strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project management . The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of:
- Driving complex infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating with government officials and managing regulatory frameworks.
- Building and mentoring high-performance teams .
This is a strategic leadership role that demands expertise in defense , railroads , and civil infrastructure projects, combined with entrepreneurial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
1. EPC Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of EPC projects , including engineering, procurement, construction, and delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
- Drive innovation and adopt best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
2. Government Liaison and Stakeholder Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government officials , regulatory bodies, and policymakers.
- Secure necessary clearances, approvals, and partnerships for project success.
- Represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
3. Leadership and Team Development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to execute high-impact projects.
- Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Promote accountability and ownership within the team, ensuring project success.
4. Strategic Projects in Defense, Railroads, and Civil Sectors
- Spearhead large-scale infrastructure projects , focusing on defense, railroads, and civil engineering.
- Leverage expertise to optimize project delivery and achieve measurable results.
- Align projects with organizational goals and long-term vision.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor and analyze project performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Use data to refine strategies, address challenges, and enhance outcomes.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from IIT or MBA from IIM (or other top-tier institutions).
- Proven experience in EPC project management within defense, railroads, or civil infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of building and leading teams.
- Deep understanding of government processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
