The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our network of hospitality executives and ensuring high-quality participation.This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international events environment. You will identify, approach, and secure delegates from hotels, manage outbound campaigns, and meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Outreach:Identify and secure delegates from hotels.Manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other channels to attract senior decision-makers.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets and KPIs.Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners.Provide excellent customer experience before and after events as the main point of contact for delegates.Event Coordination & Support:Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align delegate outreach with campaign timelines.Maintain accurate CRM records and delegate databases.Support the delivery of regional and virtual events when required.Market Expansion:Research new market opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.Provide feedback and insights on market trends and client needs to improve event offerings.
