Recommendations and Support: Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory). Technical Skills: Experience using reservation software and PMS tools. Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving mindset.
