Human Resources Intern

This is a paid internship. Support recruitment efforts for Business Development Executives by managing the end-to-end process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR to define Business Development Executive requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus.
Stipend and Work Schedule:
- Monthly stipend: ₹4,000 INR + Additional incentives
- Duration: 3 months.
- Work: 5 days a week, 6 hours per day.
