Job Summary:

The HR Executive will manage and update the HRIS software, support HR automation processes, and generate reports as needed, with a focus on data analysis to inform decision-making. Key responsibilities include assisting with performance management, conducting employee surveys and evaluations, and overseeing staffing processes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating HR activities, and supporting the HR Department in achieving departmental objectives.

Salary:

  • Up to 3.5 LPA


Eligibility:

  • Candidate must be Graduate having good expertise in data analysis, Various report preparation, expertise of Advanced Excel mandatory, good drafting and communication skills.


Your Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update HRIS software to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with HR automation and ensure smooth HRIS functionality.
  • Generate and analyze various reports through HRIS as required.
  • Support the Performance Management System and manage related grievances.
  • Facilitate candidate pool formation for filling vacant positions.
  • Conduct promotion exercises and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Organize annual written tests and 360-degree evaluations.
  • Prepare performance allowances and conduct manpower planning.
  • Maintain personal files, ensuring proper scanning and periodic auditing.
  • Collaborate with HR personnel on reports and assist the Head of HRD in achieving departmental goals.
