As Circle HR Operation - Team Lead, you will manage and optimize employee performance across the organization, ensuring effective staffing and support in six states. Your role includes addressing operational staff grievances and contributing to strategic HR initiatives, all aimed at fulfilling the company's mission and vision.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate staffing and transfers in operational regions
  • Fulfill staffing requirements through manpower planning
  • Audit employee files for compliance and updates
  • Conduct formal and informal counseling for employee grievances
  • Work with the Training Department for staff induction and training
  • Supervise staff performance and follow-up processes
  • Disciplinary Actions: Ensure proper handling of disciplinary actions per company policy
  • Oversee exit interviews and full and final settlements for operational staff
  • Manage the timely completion of annual staff transfers
  • Assist in various HR functions to ensure smooth departmental operations
  • You will ensure to accomplish the tasks that are entrusted by your supervisor from time to time for smooth functioning of Human Resource Department.



Qualification:

MBA/PGDM (HR Preferred)/MSW


Salary:

Negotiable (Best in Industry)


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the core HR domain.
  • Expertise in team handling and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management,
  • Proficient in manpower budgeting.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis.
  • Skilled in preparing various HR reports.
