In this role, you will be the creative and technical backbone of office design projects—translating creative ideas into executable solutions that align with codes, budgets, and client expectations.This role involves client interactions, coordination across disciplines, excellent technical and team and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from concepts to executionPreparing concepts and space planning, focusing on effective storytelling to communicate ideas and conceptsCollaborate with the 3D team for visualisationOverview all design development documents, MEP coordination and project management requirements. BOQ reviewsEnsure quality of design, documentation and project executionQualifications6+ years experience working in a Workplace Design firmBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design, Masters in Design preferredProven track record of delivering corporate interior projectsExpertise in technical drawings and construction documentationExcellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skillsStrong problem solving skills and attention to detail
