Business Development Manager - Wellness FranchiseAs a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and onboarding potential franchise partners across various regions.Franchise Development:Develop and execute strategies to present the franchise model, investment requirements, ROI projections, and business support to prospective partners.Manage the entire franchise investment sales process from lead generation to deal closure and agreement signing.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through targeted digital campaigns, franchise portals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.Qualify leads, arrange meetings/presentations, and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.Utilize CRM tools to maintain a robust sales pipeline and track key performance indicators.Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to prepare franchise agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.Work closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless pre-opening and launch of new franchise outlets.Provide weekly/monthly reports on franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.Required Skills & Competencies:Proven experience in franchise investor sales and onboarding, with a focus on the wellness industry.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to understand financial models, ROI calculations, and business feasibility.Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data tracking.
